Group Registration

DEADLINE FOR GROUP REGISTRATION:
September 1, 2019 CET (Central European Time)

A single sponsor/travel agency registering at least 10 individuals can use the official Group registration form.
For online group registration, please click here  and select “Company Area Group Registration”.

The late fee of 375 CAD will be applied to all the members of a group within August 8. After this date the onsite fee of 475 CAD will be applied.

The final list of participants must be inserted in internet and paid by September 1, 2019.

Registrations of all members of the group must be done by the person in charge of the management of the group only. No individual registration will be accepted. Any tour, workshop and accompanying person has to be added at the moment of the registration of a member of the group, it is not possible to make any change once the group is confirmed.

Important: group reservation without the individual email addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual email addresses must be included in order to register a group.

Name Change for Group Registration
Sponsors who wish to make name changes in their group already confirmed and paid, has to send an email to apimondia2019.reg@aimgroup.eu and must pay a handling fee of 25 CAD for each name.

Cancellation Policy for Group registration
Please note that after September 1, 2019 if a group is not complete and paid yet (at least 10 Full Congress registrations), we will cancel it and each member of the deleted group has to make a new online individual registration and pay the late fee.
No refunds will be made after March 30, 2019.
