TERMS & CONDITIONS
All fees are requested in CAD and are VAT exempt. Participants must sign up for an account on the on-line registration system to start process. We kindly ask you to give the full and correct information in the required fields. This information will be used for all communications, badge printing, invoice etc.
Registrations will be processed only if accompanied by full payment.
Please note that pre-congress registrations are available until July 31 , after this date registrations can be handled on-site only.
Registrations made within July 15 can be paid both by credit card and bank transfer while registrations after July 15 and within July 31 can be paid by credit card only
*To be eligible for the discounted rate for Developing Countries, participant must reside in one of the Least Developed Countries as listed by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Development Assistance Committee (DAC). A proof of your citizenship will be requested during the registration process.

***Students must submit “proof of student” (transcript, copy of a current student identification card, or letter signed by head of department) upon registration.
****The “Accompanying Persons” category is for spouses, friends, and significant others who are NOT professionals in the field of beekeeping and are joining a full paid congress registrant.

Payment must be made in Canadian Dollars by one of the following methods:

The payment transfer form should clearly state “APIMONDIA 2019” and the name(s) of the delegate(s).
Please send a copy of bank transfer by email email@example.com within 72 hours.
Please indicate your fiscal code and/or VAT number. Registrations without these data for invoicing will not be accepted.
The invoice will be considered as a confirmation of your registration.
Registration fee includes
Congress material, admission to the API Expo Area, certificate of attendance.
Certificate of Attendance
The certificate of attendance will be sent by e-mail after the congress.
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to AIM Group International – AIM Italy.
Cancellations will be accepted until June 15, 2019 with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 30% administration charge.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress. Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
A single sponsor/travel agency registering at least 10 individuals can use the official Group registration form.

The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by March 30, 2019. For names registered from March 31, 2019 to June 15 2019 the late registration fee will be applied.
The final list of participants must be inserted in internet and paid by June 15, 2019.
Important: group reservation without the individual email addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual email addresses must be included in order to register a group.
Name Change for Group Registration
After June 15, 2019 sponsors who wish to make name changes must pay a handling fee of 25 CAD. Deadline for name change is July 15, 2019.
The congress is not responsible for any bodily harm or loss of property that may occur at the site of the congress. Attendees should consider purchase of a travelers medical coverage policy. The congress is also not responsible for any cancellations of airline tickets. Attendees should consider trip cancellation insurance. These insurances can be purchased from private vendors.
Attendees agree that they are able to function on their own at the time of the congress. The congress cannot assume responsibility for caring for attendees or for assisting them in navigating around the congress.
The congress reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant.
APIMONDIA2019 AMBASSADORS’ PROGRAM
We are pleased to launch a new program, which allows to save on the Participation fees or to attend the conference for free.
Promote the conference among your colleagues and follow the instructions here below:
• The Ambassador sends an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the list of participants to be registered to the Congress
• The Ambassador receives the promotional Code from the Organising Secretariat
• The Ambassador gives the promotional code to the members of his/her group
• Each member makes an individual online registration, entering the code received by the Ambassador and paying the fee
• When the Organising Secretariat receives the payments from all the members, a discount to the Ambassador’s fee will be applied
• The Ambassador fills in online only the anagraphic data of the registration form and sends an e-mail to email@example.com to receive the instruction for the payment.
